Frosting - a crystalline white frosting layer may appear on the top or sides of the candle wax. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and serves as proof that your candle is made from 100% natural soy wax. It does not affect the functionality or usage of the candle.
Topping (wax pool) - when burning a soy candle, you may notice that the top of the wax is not completely smooth. This is a natural reaction between the oil and wax.
Color - At Earth & Pure, we handcraft each candle with care and deliver fresh candles to our customers regularly, rather than storing them for extended periods. Therefore, there may be slight variations in color and shape. However, this does not affect the quality or usage of the product. Earth & Pure products are free from any harmful substances and can be used with confidence.
