Frosting - a crystalline white frosting layer may appear on the top or sides of the candle wax. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and serves as proof that your candle is made from 100% natural soy wax. It does not affect the functionality or usage of the candle.
Topping (wax pool) - when burning a soy candle, you may notice that the top of the wax is not completely smooth. This is a natural reaction between the oil and wax.
Color - At Earth & Pure, we handcraft each candle with care and deliver fresh candles to our customers regularly, rather than storing them for extended periods. Therefore, there may be slight variations in color and shape. However, this does not affect the quality or usage of the product. Earth & Pure products are free from any harmful substances and can be used with confidence.

- 火を灯したらキャンドルの側を離れないでください。
- 熱に弱いもの、燃えやすいものの近くで使用しないでください。
- エアコンなどの風が吹く所や、不安定な所では使用しないでください。
- 飾ってお楽しみいただく際には、直射日光等で変色、変形する場合があります。
- 小さいお子様の手の届かない所で使用、保管してください。
- 芯の長さを5ミリ程度に保つようにハサミなどでカットしてください。

キャンドルの上分（ロウ）- ソイキャンドルを燃やすとき、ワックスのトップが完全に滑らかでないことに気づくかもしれませんが、これはオイルとワックスの間の自然な反応によって引き起こされるものです。
色 - 私たちEarth＆Pureのキャンドルは一つ一つ丁寧に手作りし長期間保存するのではなく、毎週新鮮なキャンドルを皆様にお届けしています。その為、色や形に若干の差が出てしまう場合がございますが、これは製品の品質や使用に影響ございません。Earth & Pureの製品は、有害な物質を一切含んでおらず安心してご使用いただけます。
